We make all products in limited editions and will do our best to fulfil all orders promptly. We process all orders typically within 2-3 business days and will send you confirmation by email. Should the item you request be out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

We ship orders typically within 24 hours after your order has been processed (orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays). Upon shipment, we will send you a shipment confirmation by email.

United Kingdom 

Royal Mail Tracked with Signature = £5.00 - 2 - 3 days.

International Standard 

Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed = £10.00 - 7 - 8 working day.

returns & exchange

 

We hope you love your fabietti beauty bag, however if for some reason you are not happy or your bag is faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange – within 14 days of receipt of purchase – for item(s) in saleable condition (unless faulty), which have been purchased at full price and are returned unused and in original packaging.

Custom orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty. 

Should you wish to return or exchange any item(s), please email us at hello@fabietti.co with your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return arrives back to us. fabietti is unable to take responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.

Upon our receiving and inspection of the item(s), replacement item(s) will be sent or a refund will be issued to the same debit or credit card with which the original purchase was made. Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded, with the exception of goods deemed to be faulty. 

We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. 

We reserve the right to deny any refunds.
